The Jamie Hall

Picture

Recently here at Keresley we have been working on a section of the school for the younger students to work and relax, to help make them feel more welcome and more at home at school. After putting some hard work, and some elbow grease in, we have come to the end of creating a fabulous social hall for the youngest students to enjoy their lunches, breaks and their social times to hopefully allow them to enjoy school once again.

After a lot of hard work ‘The Jamie Hall’, with colourful carpets to brighten up our moods, sofas and arm chairs to add to our comfort and a new pool table and ping pong table for us to use and enjoy. Each feature in the hall has been placed to help our young people to enjoy school, and to allow them to socialise with each other and over all have fun, which at the end of a good day they deserve.

Using a magnitude of colours we have managed to brighten the room up, as well as provide a warm and relaxing feel for our young students to enjoy. Already having one student’s opinion with them expressing how much they like how the room is made, and how it seems to brighten up every time they walk in.
Overall ‘The Jamie Hall’ for the younger students is set out to be a success, and we look forward to seeing the hall in use, with the students fully enjoying their time.
