We value your feedback and we welcome you to let us know how we can best improve our services. We will take every complaint seriously and we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If you are still not satisfied with our response, we will pass your complaint to a more senior member of staff who will try to help. In the event that you remain dissatisfied with the response you have received, you are entitled to take your complaint to the Fundraising Regulator for an independent investigation.
